Bilim insanlar\u0131, ila&ccedil; firmalar\u0131 ve sa\u011fl\u0131k &ouml;rg&uuml;tleri, \u015fimdilik 196 &uuml;lkeye yay\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ve h\u0131zla yay\u0131lmakta olan bu pandemiyle tam bir seferberlik i&ccedil;inde m&uuml;cadele ediyor, hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n tedavisine d&ouml;rt koldan &ccedil;&ouml;z&uuml;m ar\u0131yor. Kimileri dini inan&ccedil;lar\u0131 gere\u011fi bu vir&uuml;sten korkmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s&ouml;yl&uuml;yor, toplum sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tehdit edercesine g&uuml;ndelik ya\u015fant\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;r&uuml;yor; kimileri de duayla, kutsal suyla, sahte-t\u0131pla veya bat\u0131l inanca dayal\u0131 ba\u015fka y&ouml;ntemlerle korkular\u0131n\u0131 bast\u0131rmaya &ccedil;al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor. Ancak bu s&uuml;re&ccedil;te, hayata ve do\u011fal ger&ccedil;ekli\u011fe en ak\u0131lc\u0131 yakla\u015fan insanlar\u0131n bile zaman zaman ak\u0131l d\u0131\u015f\u0131 senaryolara sorgulamadan inand\u0131\u011f\u0131na tan\u0131k oluyoruz. Bu 7 coronavir&uuml;sten 4&#8217;&uuml; hafif semptomlara yol a&ccedil;ar; geriye kalan 3&#8217;&uuml; (SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV ve SARS-CoV-2) ise &ccedil;ok daha ciddi semptomlara, hatta &ouml;l&uuml;me neden olmaktad\u0131r. Bir coronavir&uuml;sten kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildi\u011fimiz ilk ciddi hastal\u0131k, 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda &Ccedil;in&rsquo;de ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kan <strong>SARS <\/strong>(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome\/\u015eiddetli Akut Solunum Yolu Sendromu) epidemisidir. \u0130kincisi 2012&rsquo;de Suudi Arabistan ve Orta Do\u011fu&rsquo;da patlak veren, ad\u0131n\u0131 da buradan alan <strong>MERS <\/strong>(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome\/Orta Do\u011fu Solunum Sendromu) salg\u0131n\u0131d\u0131r. 2019 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n Aral\u0131k ay\u0131nda &Ccedil;inli yetkililerin D&uuml;nya Sa\u011fl\u0131k &Ouml;rg&uuml;t&uuml;n&uuml; (WHO) bilgilendirdi\u011fi <strong>COVID-19<\/strong> ise, bug&uuml;n SARS-CoV-2 olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yeni coronavir&uuml;s&uuml;n yol a&ccedil;t\u0131\u011f\u0131 hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. &Ccedil;ok k\u0131sa s&uuml;rede h\u0131zla yay\u0131lan vir&uuml;s i&ccedil;in 22 Mart 2020 itibar\u0131yla d&uuml;nyada rapor edilen toplam vaka say\u0131s\u0131 335.364, &ouml;l&uuml; say\u0131s\u0131 14.611 ve iyile\u015fen hasta say\u0131s\u0131 da 97.594&#8217;t&uuml;r.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: small; font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" src=\"\/image.axd?picture=2020%2f3%2fspike.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\"><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp; Resim:<\/strong> <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3397359\/\" target=\"_blank\">Belouzard et al.<\/a><\/em>, 2012<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;Art\u0131k pandemi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan salg\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan k\u0131sa s&uuml;re sonra, &Ccedil;inli bilim insanlar\u0131 SARS-CoV-2 genomunu diziledi ve elde edilen bu verileri t&uuml;m d&uuml;nyayla payla\u015ft\u0131.
