Kam&ccedil;\u0131lar\u0131 sayesinde hareket edebilen dinoflagellatlar, su y&uuml;zeyine d&uuml;\u015fen \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 yans\u0131tma &ouml;zelli\u011fine&nbsp;(Biyol&uuml;minesans) de sahiptir. Kartopu D&uuml;nya)<\/strong> bir buz devri ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131 d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;n&uuml;lmektedir; ancak bu g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015f hen&uuml;z hipotez a\u015famas\u0131ndad\u0131r. [&Ouml;nceki yaz\u0131da de\u011findi\u011fim B&uuml;y&uuml;k Oksijenlenme Olay\u0131 ile tetiklenen, tarihin ilk ve en uzun buz devri olan <strong>1. Kartopu D&uuml;nya &#8211;<\/strong>yani&nbsp;Huroniyen- ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmay\u0131n\u0131z.] D&uuml;nya&rsquo;n\u0131n tam bir kartopuna d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015f&uuml;p d&ouml;n&uuml;\u015fmedi\u011fi, ekvator b&ouml;lgesinde bir miktar suyun kal\u0131p kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi sorular da hipotezle ilgili cevap bekleyen konulard\u0131r. Ancak, fosilleri Kartopu D&uuml;nya&rsquo;dan &ouml;ncesine ait olan bir&ccedil;ok &ouml;nemli &ouml;karyotun (k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131, kahverengi ve kromofit algler gibi) g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde de ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 s&uuml;rd&uuml;r&uuml;yor olmas\u0131, bu d&ouml;nemde D&uuml;nya&rsquo;n\u0131n bir yerlerinde s\u0131v\u0131 halde suyun kalm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu varsay\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 do\u011frular niteliktedir.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&nbsp; 750 milyon y\u0131l<\/strong><\/span> &ouml;nce, bir&ccedil;o\u011fu hareket yetene\u011fine sahip tek h&uuml;creli &ouml;karyotik organizmalar olan ilk<strong> protozoalar<\/strong>&nbsp;ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>&nbsp; 600 milyon y\u0131l<\/strong> <\/span>&ouml;nce atmosferik oksijenin daha da birikmesiyle <strong>ozon tabakas\u0131<\/strong> olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Bu yolla olu\u015fan ve UV \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n zararl\u0131 etkilerini azaltan ozon tabakas\u0131, ileride evrilecek olan karasal ya\u015fam\u0131 m&uuml;mk&uuml;n k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; b&ouml;ylece o zamana kadar sadece okyanuslar\u0131n derin b&ouml;lgeleriyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olan ya\u015fanabilir habitat\u0131, okyanus y&uuml;zeylerini ve karalar\u0131 da kapsayacak \u015fekilde geni\u015fletmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3>ED\u0130KARA D&Ouml;NEM\u0130<\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">Proterozoik Devrin sonunu olu\u015fturan, 635-542 milyon y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki jeolojik zaman dilimine Edikara D&ouml;nemi denir. 2. Kartopu D&uuml;nya&rsquo;n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan gelen bu d&ouml;nemde Edikara faunas\u0131 olarak bilinen ve \u015fimdilik y&uuml;zden fazla tan\u0131mlanm\u0131\u015f canl\u0131 cinsini i&ccedil;eren bir fauna olu\u015fmu\u015ftur. Farkl\u0131la\u015fm\u0131\u015f dokuya sahip &ccedil;ok h&uuml;crelileri temsil eden ve s&uuml;ngerler ile protozoalar hari&ccedil; hayvanlar aleminin tamam\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan metazoalar, ilk kez Edikara faunas\u0131nda ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kar. Yumu\u015fak dokulu &ccedil;ok h&uuml;creli hayvanlara ait en eski fosiller bu faunaya aittir. \u0130&ccedil;lerinde s&uuml;ngerler ve deniz analar\u0131 gibi baz\u0131 tan\u0131d\u0131k \u015fube &uuml;yelerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, g&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zde bilinen hi&ccedil;bir \u015fubeye ait olmayan bir&ccedil;ok tuhaf g&ouml;r&uuml;n&uuml;ml&uuml; hayvan da vard\u0131r. Edikara faunas\u0131na dahil olan hayvanlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 <em>Arkarua, Charnia, Ediacaria, Marywadea, Onega, Pteridinium, Yorgia, Dickinsonia, Tribrachidium, Cyclomedusa<\/em> ve <em>Kimberella<\/em>&rsquo;d\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/image.axd?picture=2014%2f8%2f%c5%9eekil+2+Edikara+faunas%c4%b1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"582\" height=\"359\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\"><strong> \u015eekil 2:<\/strong> Edikara faunas\u0131<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; Bu d&ouml;nemin ortalar\u0131nda (yakla\u015f\u0131k <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>580 milyon y\u0131l <\/strong><\/span>&ouml;nce) s&ouml;lenterler (Cnidaria) \u015fubesinin ilk &uuml;yeleri evrilmeye ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anemonlar, denizanalar\u0131, mercanlar ve hidralar bu \u015fubeye aittir. S&uuml;ngerlerden &ccedil;ok daha karma\u015f\u0131k olan s&ouml;lenterler ger&ccedil;ek anlamda dokulara, sinir ve kas h&uuml;crelerine, hatta baz\u0131lar\u0131 duyu organlar\u0131na bile sahiptir. Denizanalar\u0131, kaslar\u0131n\u0131 kullanarak hareket eden ilk hayvanlar olabilirler.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; \u0130lk bilaterialara (&ccedil;ift y&ouml;nl&uuml; simetri g&ouml;steren canl\u0131) da Edikara D&ouml;nemi&rsquo;nde rastlar\u0131z; ki bilinen en eski bilateria da Kimberella&rsquo;d\u0131r (<strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">555 milyon y\u0131l<\/span><\/strong> &ouml;nce). Bir di\u011fer ilkel bilateria \u015fubesi de yine bu d&ouml;nemde ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kan yass\u0131 solucanlard\u0131r (Platyhelminthes.) Yass\u0131 solucanlar bir kafaya, bedenleri boyunca dizilen sinir h&uuml;crelerine ve ilkel bir beyne sahiptir. Ayr\u0131ca &ouml;zelle\u015fmi\u015f bir sindirim ve bo\u015falt\u0131m sistemleri de vard\u0131r. Baz\u0131lar\u0131, ba\u015f k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131nda yer alan \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa duyarl\u0131 h&uuml;creler sayesinde \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131n hem y&ouml;n&uuml;n&uuml;, hem de yo\u011funlu\u011funu alg\u0131layabilir.<\/span><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; Edikara fosilleri seyrektir, &ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; &ccedil;ok daha kal\u0131c\u0131 fosiller olu\u015fturan sert kabuklu canl\u0131lar bu d&ouml;nemde hen&uuml;z evrilmemi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle paleontologlar bu t&uuml;r canl\u0131lar\u0131 tan\u0131mlarken iz fosillerden, mikrofosillerden ve kemofosillerden de faydalanmak zorunda kal\u0131r. Bu s&uuml;re&ccedil;te biyolojik &ccedil;e\u015fitlilik, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla da karma\u015f\u0131k canl\u0131 t&uuml;rleri ve onlara ait fosiller h\u0131zla art\u0131\u015f g&ouml;sterdi\u011fi i&ccedil;in <strong>Kambriyen Patlamas\u0131<\/strong> diye de isimlendirilir. Mineralize v&uuml;cut b&ouml;lgelerine sahip canl\u0131lar ilk kez bu d&ouml;nemde evrildi\u011fi i&ccedil;in fosil kay\u0131tlar\u0131nda muazzam bir &ldquo;patlama&rdquo; g&ouml;zlemlenir. Fakat bilimi &ccedil;arp\u0131tmaya &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fan baz\u0131 ki\u015filerin iddialar\u0131n\u0131n aksine, yakla\u015f\u0131k 50 milyon y\u0131l s&uuml;ren (!) Kambriyen Patlamas\u0131 ne ya\u015fam\u0131n k&ouml;kenidir, ne de <em>aniden<\/em> meydana gelmi\u015ftir. Bununla birlikte jeolojik zaman ba\u011flam\u0131nda olduk&ccedil;a h\u0131zl\u0131 bir evrimle\u015fme s&ouml;z konusudur. Bu ani olu\u015fum g&ouml;r&uuml;nt&uuml;s&uuml;, zaman\u0131nda canl\u0131lar\u0131n daha basit t&uuml;rlerden a\u015famal\u0131 olarak evrildi\u011fini &ouml;ne s&uuml;ren Darwin&rsquo;i bile \u015fa\u015f\u0131rtm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Darwin, bu durumun teorisinin zorluklar\u0131ndan biri oldu\u011funu ifade etmi\u015f, ama fosil kay\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n yetersizli\u011fini de vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nitekim zamanla ke\u015ffedilip tan\u0131mlanan Edikara fosilleri, Darwin&rsquo;in kuram\u0131n\u0131 desteklemi\u015f ve&nbsp;g&uuml;&ccedil;lendirmi\u015ftir. 1959 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde, ke\u015ffedilen fosillerin do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131fland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla,&nbsp;<em>ya\u015fam\u0131n Kambriyen ile ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131na<\/em> ili\u015fkin bilimsel &ouml;nyarg\u0131 k\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve Kambriyen &ouml;ncesine dair ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar h\u0131z kazand\u0131.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; G&uuml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zdeki modern hayvan \u015fubelerinin ve v&uuml;cut planlar\u0131n\u0131n &ccedil;o\u011funun k&ouml;kenini Edikara&rsquo;dan ziyade Kambriyen&rsquo;de buluruz; &ccedil;&uuml;nk&uuml; Edikara faunas\u0131 Kambriyen Patlamas\u0131 ile e\u015fzamanl\u0131 olarak b&uuml;y&uuml;k &ouml;l&ccedil;&uuml;de yok olmu\u015ftur. Edikara canl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n evrim a\u011fac\u0131nda tam olarak nereye oturdu\u011fu ve soylar\u0131n\u0131n neden t&uuml;kendi\u011fi konusunda farkl\u0131 g&ouml;r&uuml;\u015fler olmakla birlikte, bu konuda hen&uuml;z fikir birli\u011fine var\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; Kambriyen&rsquo;de ya\u015fam genel anlamda hala okyanuslarda ve daha ziyade de okyanus tabanlar\u0131nda devam ediyordu. Fakat gittik&ccedil;e karma\u015f\u0131kla\u015fan ve say\u0131lar\u0131 artan deniz canl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n okyanuslar\u0131n farkl\u0131 b&ouml;lgelerini i\u015fgal etmesiyle yepyeni ekosistemler olu\u015ftu. Kambriyen&rsquo;in erken d&ouml;nemlerinde (<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>535 milyon y\u0131l<\/strong> <\/span>&ouml;nce) ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kan \u015fubelerden baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015funlard\u0131r: <strong>Kordal\u0131lar <\/strong>(Chordata), <strong>eklembacakl\u0131lar <\/strong>(Arthropoda),<strong> derisi dikenliler <\/strong>(Echinodermata),<strong> yumu\u015fak&ccedil;alar <\/strong>(Mollusca),<strong> dall\u0131 bacakl\u0131lar <\/strong>(Brachiopoda),<strong> delikliler <\/strong>(Foraminifera),<strong> \u0131\u015f\u0131nl\u0131lar <\/strong>(Radiolaria),<strong> yar\u0131 s\u0131rtipliler <\/strong>(Hemichordata.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp;&nbsp; Mineralize v&uuml;cut yap\u0131lar\u0131na sahip ilk canl\u0131lar\u0131n bu d&ouml;nemde g&ouml;r&uuml;ld&uuml;\u011f&uuml;n&uuml; s&ouml;yledik. Ger&ccedil;ekten de kabuk, diken, t&uuml;p gibi farkl\u0131 yap\u0131lar\u0131 i&ccedil;eren fosillerin ilk ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d&ouml;nem Kambriyen&rsquo;dir.
