D&uuml;nyada abiyogenezin 3,9-3,5 milyar y\u0131l &ouml;nce (<em>2017&nbsp;<\/em><em>G&uuml;ncelleme: <\/em><a href=\"\/post\/2017\/03\/08\/Dunyanin-en-eski-fosilleri-kesfedildi\" target=\"_blank\">4,2 milyar y\u0131l &ouml;nce<\/a>), Hadeyan ve Arkeyan devirleri aras\u0131nda ger&ccedil;ekle\u015fti\u011fi d&uuml;\u015f&uuml;n&uuml;lmektedir. &nbsp;Abiyogenezin kendisi bir kuram olmakla birlikte, i\u015fleyi\u015fine dair pek &ccedil;ok hipotez vard\u0131r.&nbsp;S\u0131k s\u0131k&nbsp;<strong>evrim teorisi<\/strong>&nbsp;ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan&nbsp;<strong>abiyogenez hipotez<\/strong>leri, hen&uuml;z evrim teorisi gibi \u015f&uuml;pheye yer b\u0131rakmayacak \u015fekilde kan\u0131tlarla desteklenmemi\u015ftir; ancak &ouml;n&uuml;m&uuml;zdeki y\u0131llarda mutlaka &#8220;hipotez&#8221; d&uuml;zeyinden &#8220;teori\/ kuram&#8221; d&uuml;zeyine y&uuml;kselecektir.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: small;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;Bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatmakta fayda var: Evrim teorisi ilk canl\u0131n\u0131n nas\u0131l ortaya &ccedil;\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 de\u011fil (bu abiyogenezin alan\u0131d\u0131r), canl\u0131lar\u0131n nas\u0131l t&uuml;rle\u015fti\u011fini ve de\u011fi\u015fti\u011fini a&ccedil;\u0131klayan bilimsel kuramd\u0131r. &#8220;Canl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n yap\u0131ta\u015flar\u0131&#8221;&nbsp;da denilen pek &ccedil;ok aminoasit&nbsp;<a href=\"\/post\/2011\/03\/07\/Miller-Urey-deneyi\" target=\"_blank\">Miller-Urey deneyi<\/a> ve buna benzer deneylerle laboratuvar ortam\u0131nda, d&uuml;nyan\u0131n ilkel atmosferik ko\u015fullar\u0131 canland\u0131r\u0131larak kimyasal s&uuml;re&ccedil;lerle &uuml;retilmi\u015ftir. Bu amino-asitler b&uuml;t&uuml;n canl\u0131larda proteinleri meydana getirir. Ya\u015fam\u0131n k&ouml;keniyle ilgili pek &ccedil;ok hipotez ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ama bunlardan \u015fimdilik en tutarl\u0131 olanlar\u0131 demir-s&uuml;lf&uuml;r d&uuml;nyas\u0131 hipotezi (genler olmadan metabolizma olu\u015fumu) ve RNA d&uuml;nyas\u0131 hipotezidir. RNA d&uuml;nyas\u0131 hipotezine g&ouml;re, h&uuml;crenin protein &uuml;retim merkezi olan ribozomun ortaya &ccedil;\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan &ouml;nce, ortamda RNA ad\u0131n\u0131 verdi\u011fimiz ve h&uuml;crede hayati g&ouml;revler y&uuml;r&uuml;ten ribon&uuml;kleik asitler vard\u0131. Spontan jenerasyondaki klasik abiyonegenez kavramlar\u0131na g&ouml;re, baz\u0131 karma\u015f\u0131k canl\u0131lar &ccedil;&uuml;r&uuml;m&uuml;\u015f organik maddelerden t&uuml;remi\u015fti.
